This website is a companion piece to Beat 102-103's Irish Beats radio show
presented by Acrojunk's Rob O'Connor (a man for whom haircuts have no meaning).
It is equal parts music news/blog type thing and
soapbox for Rob to rant away on.
Irish Beats is (unsurprisingly) a contemporary Irish music show on Beat 102-103 which broadcasts on FM to the five counties of the South East of Ireland and to the rest of the world via the Power of the Internet. The programme goes out each and every Saturday & Sunday from 6-8pm (GMT).

The events of Oxegen are now a distant memory and we're back to reality now. There's heaps of pictures up on the main Beat website if anyone fancies taking a look. I seem to be in the majority of them for some reason!
