This website is a companion piece to Beat 102-103's Irish Beats radio show presented by Acrojunk's Rob O'Connor (a man for whom haircuts have no meaning). It is equal parts music news/blog type thing and soapbox for Rob to rant away on.

Irish Beats is (unsurprisingly) a contemporary Irish music show on Beat 102-103 which broadcasts on FM to the five counties of the South East of Ireland and to the rest of the world via the Power of the Internet. The programme goes out each and every Saturday & Sunday from 6-8pm (GMT).

Murphys Live Report

A collection of audio bits and bobs from the Murphy's Live final which took place in Cork's Savoy Theatre on Thursday 15th May. Includes contributions from Angela Dorgan (FMC), Stuart Clarke (Hotpress), Paddy McPoland (General Legend) and of course, the bands themselves - The Bravado and winners Gorbachov.
